However, there may be instances where customer is not happy with the product delivered due to Transit Damage, Wrong Delivery, etc. For this, UniQual stands by its products with a returns policy. We will process your return requestwithin 5 business days upon receiving it.
Any return, replacement or exchange request should be made within 7 daysof receiving the order.
UniQual will provide free product replacement or exchangeor store credit for orders;
- Damaged by courier in transit
- Received wrong product
- Order processing error by UniQual
Any other Customer Returns apart from listed above will be charged processing fee @ 15% of order valueplus return shipping charges on actuals.
Please note, all returns (including replacements & exchanges) need to be returned in original packaging with labels and invoice intact and product being unused, undamaged and complete (with all accessories if any).All returns will go through quality check at our end before issuing refunds, replacements and exchanges.
For raising a return request, please follow below steps;
- Upon confirming your return request, we shall send you a return postal label which is to be pasted on package before handing it over to courier partner.
- If your pincode is unserviceable by our courier partner for return pickup, we may request you to send package to below mentioned address and share the docket number with us.
