UniQual is committed to maintaining quality standards and user experience.
We take responsibility for defects in workmanship or material and provide warranty for a period mentioned in Warranty Card issued with the product from the date of purchase to the original purchaser of the product, subject to the following conditions:
- Original invoice is mandatory for claiming warranty.
- Warranty is applicable only on main products like die grinder or engraver and not on accessories, attachments and carbide points.
- Warranty will be void if the product is serviced, repaired or opened by unauthorized personnel.
- Warranty will be void if the Serial Number on the product is tampered with or removed.
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the purchaser to follow the normal operating procedure mentioned in the user manual.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains.
- Transportation and freight to Service Center are the responsibility of the customer.
The company’s decision on identification of a defect in material or workmanship, misuse or abuse shall be final, and the buyer shall agree to abide by such decision. The defective parts or material shall be repaired or replaced with functional equivalent part or material.
Please note, if you are not in agreement with Warranty Terms and Conditions in full or part, you may return unused, undamaged and complete product within three (3) working days, making sure of original brand packaging, all tools and accessories.
